1. Join

Log in to your private virtual session and connect with your dedicated body double on your own terms—choose video, voice, or text chat, with your camera on or off. Choose one of our simple, ready-to-go session guides or tailor your own

2. Do the thing

Settle in and slip into a calm, quiet stretch of time designed to help you bypass the dread, build momentum, and just get things done. We work alongside you as you get started and stay on track. If you get stuck, we help you adjust and keep going—without pressure or shame.

3. Done (not perfect)

We wrap up by acknowledging what you did. No perfection required—just progress.

How we help
