CogniMate was born out of personal experience navigating the daily practical hurdles of ADHD, task paralysis, and the uphill battle to stay consistent. Conventional productivity advice leaves many feeling frustrated instead of helped. As a former therapist and current expert-level procrastinator, I know the gap between knowing and doing. With CogniMate we are focused on doing with offer supportive, pressure-free body doubling focused on practical progress. Please note: This isn't therapy. It’s practical, real-world support for the things everyday life throws at you between therapy, whether that’s dishes, taxes, or finally booking that appointment. You don’t have to do it alone.
